This Privacy Policy explains how KE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS LLC d/b/a Ké Medspa ("Ké Medspa," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, message us on social media, enter a giveaway, book an appointment, or buy from us.

Medical services at Ké Medspa are provided by KE MEDICAL PC. Health information collected for your medical care, such as your intake forms, medical evaluation, treatment records, and clinical photos, is protected health information (PHI). It is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy. If this policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices ever conflict about your health information, the Notice controls.

1. Information We Collect

Contact and identity information. Your name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, and date of birth.
Booking and account information. Appointment details, service preferences, purchase history, package and membership status, and messages you send us.
Payment information. Card details and billing address, processed by our payment and booking providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Social media, giveaway, and referral information. Your social media username, messages you send us on Instagram or Facebook, answers you give in giveaway or interest surveys (such as treatment areas of interest and when you'd like to start), and the name or contact information of anyone you say referred you or whom you refer.
Device and usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar data collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

To measure and improve our website, advertising, and services.
To protect our business and clients, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

We send two kinds of text messages, and each requires its own consent.

Appointment and service texts. These are confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your visits.
Promotional texts. These are offers, events, and news, sent only if you separately opt in. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that type of text, and you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@kemedispa.com or (971) 521-0202.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers. Companies that help us run our business under contracts that limit how they may use your data. These include our booking and records systems, payment processors, our telehealth medical evaluation provider (Qualiphy), our patient financing partner (Cherry), our email, text, and social messaging tools, website hosting, and analytics providers.
KE MEDICAL PC. When you book a medical service, we share the information needed for your care with the medical practice that provides it.
Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, court order, or regulators, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff, or business.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, as described in Section 3.

5. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising tools from providers such as Google and Meta. These tools help us understand how visitors use our site and show our ads to people who may be interested. They do not collect information from our medical intake or health forms. Some parts of the site may not work properly without cookies.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Giveaway entries are kept for up to 2 years after a giveaway ends, to support prize and tax records. Medical records are kept by KE MEDICAL PC as required by Oregon law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Oregon law.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

Welcome to the website of Ké Medspa ("Ké," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a membership or package, or receiving services at our clinic in Portland, Oregon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Who We Are

Medical services at Ké Medspa are provided by KE MEDICAL PC, an Oregon professional medical corporation under the direction of our Medical Director, Jonathan Snipes, MD. All medical decisions, including whether a treatment is appropriate for you, are made by KE MEDICAL PC's licensed clinicians.

KE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS LLC d/b/a Ké Medspa provides non-clinical management and administrative services, including this website, scheduling support, billing, and marketing. It does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book services or purchase memberships or packages. Minors may be treated only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian, and only when a clinician determines the treatment is appropriate.

3. General Provisions & Medical Disclaimer

Information Only: The content provided on this website and our social media, including text, graphics, images, and treatment descriptions, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical Evaluation: Before your first treatment, you will complete a medical evaluation (a "Good Faith Exam") with a licensed clinician. This evaluation may take place in person or by telehealth through our third-party medical evaluation partner. Treatment is provided only when a clinician determines it is appropriate for you, and a clinician may decline, modify, or postpone treatment at any time for your safety.

Results Vary: Results vary by individual, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Before-and-after images reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.

Emergency Care: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on website communication, email, SMS, or social media messages for urgent medical matters.

4. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Booking & Deposits: Appointments must be scheduled through our authorized booking platforms or by contacting our clinic directly. A deposit or credit card on file may be required to reserve your appointment time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy (https://www.kemedispa.com/booking-policy) is part of these Terms and controls if there is any conflict. In summary, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for certain longer or higher-value services, as noted at booking). Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit, and missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. We offer one courtesy waiver per client every 12 months.

Members: A no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice counts as a used membership session, and no additional fee is charged.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Financing

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless you are paying through a membership, prepaid package, or approved financing. Prices may change, but the price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.

Completed Services: Payments for completed medical aesthetic procedures and consultations are non-refundable. If you have a concern about a treatment, please contact us within 14 days so a clinician can review it with you.

Prepaid Packages: Prepaid packages are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within the time frame stated in our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy. Packages are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Retail Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Opened products are final sale unless defective.

Gift Cards: Ké gift cards do not expire and carry no fees.

Third-Party Financing: Financing options (such as Cherry) are provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and privacy policies. Ké does not make credit decisions and is not a party to your financing agreement.

6. Memberships (Automatic Renewal)

By enrolling in a Ké membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Price & Billing: Your membership renews automatically each month at the price shown at enrollment and is charged on your enrollment date each month.

What's Included: Each membership includes one treatment per month for the plan you select.

Minimum Term: Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Unused Sessions: Unused monthly sessions roll over and remain available while your membership is active.

Pausing: You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per calendar year.

Cancellation: After 3 billing cycles, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by emailing hello@kemedispa.com or calling (971) 521-0202. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase or material change to your membership terms, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Acknowledgment: After enrollment, we will send you a written or electronic acknowledgment of these membership terms, including how to cancel.

All membership treatments are subject to the medical evaluation described in Section 3.

7. Giveaways and Promotions

Giveaways, contests, and promotional offers are governed by their official rules, which are posted with each promotion and control if there is any conflict. Prizes that include medical treatments are subject to a medical evaluation, and a clinician may decline or modify treatment for safety. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable unless the official rules state otherwise. Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

8. Mobile Messaging & SMS Program Terms (Twilio Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive communications from Ké Medspa, you agree to the following text messaging terms:

Program Description: Ké Medspa offers text messaging services to provide appointment confirmations, booking reminders, service alerts, account updates, and promotional offers.

Opt-In Consent: You consent to receive recurring automated transactional and marketing text messages at the mobile phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule, clinical care plan, and promotional interactions.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out (STOP): You can unsubscribe from text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message received from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from mobile communications.

Help & Support (HELP): If you need assistance, reply HELP to any text message, or contact our customer support team directly at hello@kemedispa.com.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Mobile information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Social Media Messaging

If you message us on Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms, some replies may be automated. These platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not share detailed health information through social media messages; we will move clinical questions to a private channel or consultation.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website and services rely on third-party platforms for online booking, medical evaluations, payments, financing, and communications. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control.

Alternative Text (Alt Text): Providing descriptive text alternatives for images, graphic elements, and diagrams.

Medical Disclaimer

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

This Medical Disclaimer applies to the Ké Medspa website, our social media, and the aesthetic services offered at our clinic in Portland, Oregon. By using our website or receiving services, you acknowledge the information below.

1. Who Provides Your Care

Medical services at Ké Medspa are provided by KE MEDICAL PC, an Oregon professional medical corporation under the direction of our Medical Director, Jonathan Snipes, MD. All clinical decisions, including whether a treatment is right for you, are made by KE MEDICAL PC's licensed clinicians.

KE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS LLC d/b/a Ké Medspa provides non-clinical management and administrative support, such as this website, scheduling, billing, and marketing. It does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions.

Treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals and, where permitted by Oregon law, by Certified Advanced Estheticians working under written protocols and a collaborative agreement with a licensed health care professional.

2. Website Content Is Not Medical Advice

Information on our website and social media, including treatment descriptions, images, videos, and posts, is for general education only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it does not create a patient-provider relationship. Please don't start, stop, or change any treatment or medication based on our website content.

3. Medical Evaluation Before Treatment

Before your first treatment, you will complete a medical evaluation (a "Good Faith Exam") with a licensed clinician. This evaluation may take place in person or by telehealth through our third-party medical evaluation partner. Treatment is offered only when a clinician determines it is appropriate for you. Your clinician may decline, adjust, or postpone treatment at any time for your safety.

Please share your complete and accurate health history, including medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent sun exposure or tanning, skin conditions, recent procedures, and any history of keloids, cold sores, or poor healing. Incomplete information can increase your risk of side effects.

4. Informed Consent

Before any procedure, you will review and sign a treatment-specific consent form explaining the expected benefits, common and serious risks, aftercare, and alternatives. Your clinician will answer your questions before you decide. You may withdraw your consent at any time before or during a treatment.

5. Results and Risks

Results vary from person to person based on skin type, hair color and thickness, hormones, age, health, lifestyle, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. Most treatments require a series of sessions, and maintenance may be needed. No specific result is guaranteed.

All aesthetic treatments carry some risk. Depending on the treatment, possible side effects include redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, blistering, changes in skin color, burns, scarring, infection, and allergic reaction. Your clinician will review the risks that apply to you.

6. Images, Reviews, and Testimonials

Before-and-after photos and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your results. Some images on our website are provided by device manufacturers and do not show Ké Medspa patients; those images are labeled.

7. Medications, Devices, and Off-Label Use

Prescription products are provided only after a clinician's evaluation and order. Devices used at Ké Medspa are FDA-cleared or FDA-approved for their intended uses. Some treatments may involve an "off-label" use of an FDA-approved product or device, meaning a use not specifically listed on its label. When that applies, your clinician will explain it to you as part of informed consent.

8. Your Privacy and Clinical Photos

Your medical records and clinical photos are confidential health information protected under HIPAA and Oregon law. Clinical photos are taken for your chart and treatment planning only. We never use your photos, name, or story in marketing without your separate written authorization, which you may revoke at any time. For details, see our Notice of Privacy Practices.

9. Aftercare and Non-Emergency Concerns

If you have a non-urgent question or concern after a treatment, call us at (971) 521-0202 during business hours. Please don't send detailed health information by text or social media message.

10. Emergencies

Our website, email, text messages, and social media are not monitored for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, including trouble breathing, swelling of the face or throat, severe pain, a blistering or spreading burn, vision changes, or signs of a serious allergic reaction, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away. Then let us know so we can follow up.

We are required to:

Maintain the privacy and security of your PHI.
Give you this Notice of our legal duties and privacy practices.
Follow the terms of the Notice currently in effect.
Notify you if a breach occurs that may have compromised the privacy or security of your unsecured PHI.

D. Business Associates

We work with outside companies that perform services for us, such as management and administrative support (including KE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS LLC d/b/a Ké Medspa), scheduling and records software, payment processing, IT, and secure communications. These business associates must sign agreements that require them to protect your PHI.

E. Appointment Reminders and Care Communications

We may contact you by phone, email, or text message to confirm or remind you of appointments, give pre- and post-treatment instructions, or tell you about treatment options related to your care. Text message consent and opt-out details are described in our SMS Terms and Website Privacy Policy.

F. Individuals Involved in Your Care

We may share relevant PHI with a family member, friend, or other person you identify who is involved in your care or payment, unless you object. If you are not present or cannot agree, we will use our professional judgment about what is in your best interest.

G. Disaster Relief

We may share your PHI with organizations assisting in disaster relief so your family can be notified of your condition and location.

3. Other Disclosures Required or Allowed by Law

Under HIPAA and Oregon law, we may or must disclose your PHI without your authorization in these situations:

Required by law. When federal, state, or local law requires it.
Public health and safety. To prevent or control disease, report adverse reactions to medications, injectables, or medical devices to the FDA or manufacturers, or report suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or person with a disability as required by Oregon law.

Military, veterans, and national security. As required by military command authorities or for authorized national security and protective services.
Correctional institutions. If you are an inmate or in the custody of law enforcement, as permitted by law.
Research. Only when the research has been approved through a process that protects your privacy, or with your authorization.

4. Uses and Disclosures That Require Your Written Authorization

We will use or disclose your PHI for the following only with your written authorization:

Marketing. We will not use or disclose your PHI for marketing without your written authorization, except for face-to-face conversations or promotional gifts of nominal value, as permitted by HIPAA.
Photographs and media. Before-and-after photos taken for your medical record are used for clinical evaluation. We will never post them on social media or our website, or use them in advertising, without a separate signed Photography and Media Release.
Sale of PHI. We will never sell your PHI.
Other uses. Any use or disclosure not described in this Notice.

You may revoke an authorization in writing at any time. Revocation stops future uses and disclosures but does not affect actions we already took in reliance on your authorization.

5. Your Rights Regarding Your Health Information

A. Right to Inspect and Copy

You may inspect or get a paper or electronic copy of your medical and billing records. Submit requests in writing. We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why in writing, and we may extend once by up to 30 days. We may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee.

B. Right to Request an Amendment

If you believe your PHI is incorrect or incomplete, you may ask us in writing to amend it and explain why. We will respond within 60 days. If we deny your request, we will explain why in writing, and you may submit a statement of disagreement.

C. Right to Request Confidential Communications

You may ask us to contact you in a specific way or at a specific place, such as a particular phone number or a private email address. We will accommodate all reasonable requests. Regular email and text messages are not always encrypted. If you ask us to use them, we will explain the risks first.

D. Right to Request Restrictions

You may ask us to limit how we use or share your PHI for treatment, payment, or operations. We are not required to agree, except in one case. If you pay for a service in full out of pocket and ask us not to share information about it with your health plan, we must agree unless the law requires the disclosure.

E. Right to an Accounting of Disclosures

You may request a list of certain disclosures we made of your PHI during the six years before your request. The list excludes disclosures for treatment, payment, health care operations, and those you authorized. The first list in any 12-month period is free. We may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee for additional requests.

F. Right to Choose Someone to Act for You

If you have given someone medical power of attorney, or someone is your legal guardian, that person may exercise your rights and make choices about your PHI.

G. Right to Be Notified of a Breach

You have the right to be notified if a breach affects your unsecured PHI.

H. Right to a Paper Copy of This Notice

You may request a paper copy of this Notice at any time, even if you agreed to receive it electronically.

6. Changes to This Notice

We may change this Notice, and the changes will apply to all PHI we hold. The current Notice will be posted in our clinic and on our website, and it is available on request.

7. Questions and Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

Good Faith Examination (GFE) & Telehealth Disclosure

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

At Ké Medspa, client safety, clinical integrity, and legal compliance are our highest priorities. In accordance with Oregon state law, the Oregon Medical Board (OMB), the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN), and federal regulations, all medical aesthetic procedures require an initial medical evaluation before treatment can be administered or delegated.

1. What Is a Good Faith Examination (GFE)?

A Good Faith Examination (GFE) is a compulsory clinical evaluation performed by a licensed Oregon healthcare prescriber—such as a licensed Physician (MD/DO) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP).

The purpose of a GFE is to:

Establish a formal, legally recognized provider-patient relationship.

Review your health history, active medications, allergies, and contraindications.

Evaluate your candidacy for specific medical aesthetic procedures.

Issue a documented, patient-specific medical order and treatment plan.

2. When Is a GFE Required?

Under Oregon regulations, a GFE must be completed prior to receiving any prescription drug, prescription biologic, or medical device procedure. A GFE is mandatory under the following circumstances:

New Patients: Prior to receiving your first medical treatment at Ké Medspa.

New Treatment Categories: When adding a new service modality to your treatment plan (e.g., adding dermal fillers or prescription IV therapy if you previously only received neurotoxins).

Changes in Health Status: If you experience a significant medical update, diagnosis, new medication, or pregnancy.

Annual Renewal: Periodically (at least once every 12 months) to ensure your treatment plan remains safe and up to date.

3. Treatments Requiring a GFE

Services that require an established GFE and medical order on file prior to administration include:

Prescription Injectables: Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®), Dermal Fillers, and Kybella®.

Energy-Based & Laser Devices: Laser hair removal, IPL/photofacials, nonablative skin resurfacing, and body contouring devices.

Clinical Wellness Therapies: Prescription IV hydration, vitamin injections, and prescription chemical peels.

Note: A standard sales consultation, esthetic intake questionnaire, or front-desk check-in does not replace a Good Faith Examination. Registered Nurses (RNs) and Estheticians cannot perform a GFE; it must be conducted by a licensed prescriber.

4. Telehealth & Virtual GFEs in Oregon

Ké Medspa utilizes secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology to conduct virtual Good Faith Examinations for your convenience.

State Licensure: Virtual GFEs are conducted exclusively by healthcare prescribers who hold an active, unrestricted license to practice in the State of Oregon.

Telehealth Informed Consent: Before starting a virtual evaluation, you will be asked to review and consent to receiving care via audio-visual telemedicine.

Clinical Limitations: If a provider determines during a virtual GFE that a remote evaluation is insufficient to safely clear you for treatment, an in-person examination will be required.

5. Patient Disclosure Responsibilities

To ensure your safety and avoid clinical complications, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during your GFE, including:

All active prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and herbal supplements.

Known allergies (especially to numbing agents like Lidocaine or bacterial proteins).

Previous cosmetic procedures and any history of adverse reactions.

Underlying medical conditions, autoimmune disorders, or active skin infections.

6. Contact & Scheduling Questions

If you have questions about scheduling your Good Faith Examination or determining whether your desired treatment requires a GFE, please contact our clinical team:

Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

At Ké Medspa, your appointment time is reserved just for you, and your provider prepares for your visit in advance. These policies protect that time for you and for every client on our schedule. Medical services are provided by KE MEDICAL PC. Booking and payment services are provided by KE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS LLC d/b/a Ké Medspa. You'll be asked to agree to this policy when you book.

1. Booking & Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to book any appointment. Your card is stored securely by our booking system and is not charged until your appointment, except as described in this policy. By booking, you authorize us to charge your card for the deposits, fees, and balances described below.

2. Deposits

A deposit is required at booking for:

All first-time clients, for any service over $150.
Injectables, laser and energy-based treatments, and advanced facials or peels.
Any appointment of 90 minutes or longer.

Deposits are applied in full toward your service. Deposit amounts are:

$50 for services under $500.
$100 for services $500 and above.
$50 for medical consultations. This deposit is applied to your consultation fee, or toward treatment if you proceed that day.

Returning clients booking services that don't require a deposit only need a card on file.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments of 90 minutes or longer, including full-body laser, need at least 48 hours' notice.

If you give the required notice, there is no charge. Your deposit moves to your new appointment or is refunded to your card.

If you cancel or reschedule with less notice:

Late cancellation. Your deposit is kept. If no deposit was taken, a $50 fee applies.
No-show. A fee of 50% of the booked service price applies, and any deposit is counted toward it.
Members: A no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice counts as a used membership session, and no additional fee is charged.

4. Our Courtesy Pass

Life happens. Each client receives one waiver of a late-cancellation fee every 12 months, applied automatically the first time. No-shows are not eligible for the courtesy pass. We may also waive fees for documented emergencies at our discretion.

5. Repeated Missed Appointments

If you have two no-shows or late cancellations within 6 months, future appointments will require full prepayment at booking. Prepaid services follow the same notice rules, and with proper notice your payment moves to your new appointment.

6. Late Arrivals

We hold your appointment for 10 minutes. After that, we'll do our best to provide your full service. If that isn't possible, we may shorten your treatment (the full service price still applies) or reschedule you. A reschedule due to late arrival counts as a late cancellation.

7. Medical Evaluation

Before your first medical treatment, and before you start a new type of medical treatment, you'll complete a medical evaluation (Good Faith Exam) with a licensed medical provider. We use Qualiphy, a secure telehealth platform, for these evaluations. You'll receive an email from no-reply@qualiphy.me with a link to complete your evaluation by video before your appointment, or you can complete it at our clinic. Evaluations follow the treatment protocols of KE MEDICAL PC and are renewed as your provider requires. Medical treatments include neurotoxins, fillers, laser and energy-based treatments, and medical-grade peels.

Your provider may postpone or decline a treatment that isn't medically appropriate for you. If that happens, your deposit is refunded or applied to another service. It is never forfeited.

Your medical evaluation is included when you receive treatment with us. If you request an evaluation without booking treatment, a $35 evaluation fee applies at booking.

8. Payments & Refunds

Completed services. Completed treatments and consultations are non-refundable. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. If you have concerns after treatment, please contact us. Your provider will review your results, and touch-ups are provided when clinically appropriate.
Retail skincare. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Opened products may be returned only for a documented reaction or product defect.
If we can't provide your service. If we cancel your appointment, or cannot provide a prepaid service, you may choose a full refund for that service or a credit.

9. Packages

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except as described here.
Packages expire 12 months from purchase. Your expiration date is printed on your receipt.
After a package expires, any unused value is converted to credit toward other services or products, good for 12 months. It is never simply lost.
Missed appointments within a package follow Section 3. A no-show uses one session.
Medical pause. If pregnancy, a new medication, or your provider's clinical recommendation prevents treatment, we will pause your package or convert the remaining value to credit.

10. Memberships

Memberships bill monthly on the same date each month. You may cancel any time after your first 3 billing cycles with 30 days' written notice to hello@kemedispa.com.
If your notice arrives within 30 days of your next billing date, that final payment will process, and your benefits stay active through the end of that paid cycle.
Unused monthly credits roll over while your membership is active, and you may use them for 60 days after your membership ends.
You may pause your membership for a medical reason, or for up to 2 months per year for any reason.

11. Financing & Payment Plans

Cherry financing. Monthly payment plans are available through our third-party partner, Cherry. Approval, interest rates, and account terms are set by Cherry under its own terms and privacy policy.
In-house payment plans. When we offer a payment plan, you agree to make each scheduled payment in your signed agreement. Missed payments may pause booking until your balance is resolved.
